1st DUI

1st DUI (For the Laymen)

Now you have made a mistake for the first time you have learned just how serious this is and all you want to do is get it behind you. This makes sense but then you need to deal with the law now this might seem unbearable especially if you just got of jail with bail money it seems overwhelming. Nothing is farther from the truth but only if you have the help that you need. There are 4 points to any drunk and driving case. Though they can all seem complicated and unbearable a skilled lawyer can make the difference.

 

These 4 points are Driving Pattern Physical Symptoms Field Sobriety Test and Chemical Testing.

 

Driving Pattern of course this is usually going to be one sided for more then likely a cop will only write down what you did wrong where a DUI lawyer will point out what you did right and how it points to sobriety.

 

There is then also there's physical symptoms where many will see red eyes or drunk breath is a sure sign of guilt a DUI attorney can point out that this could be caused from any other number of reasons. For instance your eyes could be red because of allergies and your breath could be because of the chemical mix up of your alcohol doesn't have a perfect smell and Vodka Doesn't even have a scent.

 

Field Sobriety test can easily be explained by a skilled lawyer. After all its quite traumatizing for a nervous people to be called to do gymnastics next to the road from a armed cop in the middle of night.
